Please follow directions and fill out online registration.  

IMPORTANT*****

After you complete online registration please print out Physicians Concent and CTYFL Registration from FORMS TAB located

on the left side of the webpage. Please complete the CTYFL registration form and have a Dr. complete the Physicians Concent form.

We need to have a HARD copy of both of these forms before the start of the season Aug 1st.
